Toyota has introduced many new cars in India like just another global auto giant who pour their quality models on the country’s potential car market. The most stunning and the most powerful next generation Toyota Innova is not expected to make its debut anywhere before the year 2016 and reports have suggested that Innova would offer several upgrades on both the design and powertrains of the vehicle and would attract more attention from its consumers.
Specifications of the Toyota Innova 2016:
The New Innova is expected to be a facelift of its previous model and there would be styling changes attempted at the exterior features of the vehicle and with features added on the interior cabin as well. The New Toyota Innova would sport a large chrome grille with horizontal slats and its new bumpers would feature a revised design of its air dam, new fog lamps and surround chrome for its fog lamp enclosures. The rear end also is expected to receive minor changes in the form of a thick strip of chrome available over the number plate. The new Innova would feature an additional set of reflectors that would be incorporated on both the sides. The vehicle is expected to be available in seven variants and there would be a lot of additions made to the vehicle such as leather seats and wooden inlays at its interior trim.
Toyota has always been doing only face-lifting for its Innova products, but this may not hold good this time as there is tough competition from other brands such as Eco sport, Ertiga, Duster against Toyota. So it is time for Toyota to do something great to outrun the market competition. The new generation Toyota is expected in the year 2016, and would feature an aggressive and beautiful design. Its interiors would feature a completely new design and would definitely be better than the current ones. Its infotainment system would undergo huge updates and its ride and handling would be one of the stands out features of Innova.
New Toyota Innova is offered at both petrol and diesel variant and Toyota is working on its engine to get the vehicle more refined and powerful. High fuel efficiency is expected with this variant and the mechanicals of the vehicle would remain unchanged.
Engine Specifications:
The Toyota Innova would feature a 2.5 liter diesel engine that would churn out a power of 102 bhp and its VVT 2 liter engine that churns out a power of 130 bhp. The current face lifted version would be launched in the year 2011 and Toyota is selling its current Innova at a discount of around Rs. 40,000 in North India. The all new Innova would be launched around 2016.
