It has very small headlamps in the front but it provides good amount of illumination in the dark. The front grille has been shaped like a human smiling face it has a chrome finish to it and the lower bumper also has body color to it and has the fog lamps in them. The side profile of the car has a body colored door handles and rear view mirrors. The rear end of the sedan has nothing special in it except a sporty looking tail lamps and body colored bumpers. The sedan has lots of chrome elements to it.

Chevrolet sail is a sporty looking sedan it has sharp looking headlamps in the front and has a hexagonal grille at the front with the Chevrolet logo at the upper grille, it has oval shaped fog lamps at the lower front bumper it is body colored. The other variant is a The Toyota Etios Diesel it has a 1364cc, which generates 68PS of maximum power. The engine has four-cylinder 8-valve SOHC engine that generate 170Nm of maximum torque at 1800-2400rpm. It has a 5 speed manual transmission to it.

The Chevrolet sail has a 1.2 litre S-TEC II and 1.4 litre S-TEC III engines. The sedan’s 1.2 litre S-TEC II generates 53.1 kW/L whereas the 1.4 Litre S-TEC III produces a peak power of 54.3 kW/L respectively it has the same five speed manual transmission in both the variants.

Toyota Etios has ABS and traction control in the car it also has EBD (Electronic Brake Distribution). Its body can also absorb body impact in case of collision.
