However, as the Toyota Corolla is one among the 5 top selling cars in Taiwan, the quick arrival of the latest gen Corolla Altis in the nation is not a big surprise.
The all new 2014 Corolla comes with a great new stylish visual appeal to entice the young and fashionable car buyers of the modern age. The new Corolla has got an evolutionary design makeover as compared against its preceding model. The sedan looks bolder and sleeker with unique lines and cuts. The newly introduced top trim Z gets additional features that include steering wheel mounted shift paddles, titanium black center console, rear spoiler with bright LED brake lights and full body skirting.
The all new 2014 Corolla Altis has a certified fuel efficiency of 19.4 km per liter according to Taiwanese road conditions. The sedan’s price range is 646,000 Wan (Rs. 13.55 lakhs) to 769,000 Wan (Rs. 16.16 lakhs) for the top trim Z.
While Taiwan gets the snazzy new Corolla, India is eagerly waiting for the sedan which is scheduled for 2014.
