Toyota Motor Corp since inception sometime in 1930’s has flown with the times in automobile engineering technology. There is another new hybrid project called Highlander hybrid, the car will soon head to US markets.

Toyota has worked with a powerful engineering team and has pierced through the depths of hybrid technology. Toyota hybrids have created an impressive impact on environment. The carbon-dioxide emission levels have dipped to 41 million from the original figure. Hybrid cars are not only future pollution wipers, but fuel savers as well. Toyota’s hybrid vehicles have aided in preserving chunks of gasoline, about 15 million kiloliters or 3,962,580,750 gallons of gasoline is saved.

It was way back in 1997 August the first Toyota hybrid arrived called EV Coaster Hybrid. The Prius was launched after the first hybrid was unveiled.
