Everybody loves to get their hands on Big SUVs and today it’s going to be the Toyota Fortuner and the Renault Koleos. Both these SUVs are strong contenders and can easily win anyone’s heart with their great looks and power underneath the hood. Let’s get to know these SUVs in details.
Toyota Fortuner is a heavy beast and can amaze anybody with its looks and massive road presence. The front of the SUV has Toyotas signature grille along with the Toyota logo placed in the middle it. The front headlamps are narrower than its predecessor and have self-leveling projector headlamps. The front lower bumper has the fog lamps in it which helps the driver to get even better visibility of the road ahead even in bad weather conditions. The front hood has air scoops to keep the engine cool, The side profile of the car looks masculine it has body colored rear view mirrors which are internally adjustable the door handles of the SUV are finished in chrome to make them more stylish and add a class to the car. It also has a massive ground clearance and big alloy wheels which can make heads turn. The rear of the SUV also looks masculine and sporty the rear lamps consist of the side turn indicators and stop lamps. The name Fortuner has been sculptured at the tail gate of the SUV.
Renault Koleos also has the looks which can impress anybody the front of the SUV looks The front of the Koleos has a distinctive twin barrel headlamps, it has three slot grilles and it also has an oval shaped front fog lamps which provides good illumination at dark and bad weather conditions . The front lower has a body colored bumper which also has the fog lamps and a skid plate that covers the lower front grille. It also has got a body colored rear view mirrors which are internally adjustable; the door handles are also body colored. The side view of the car has a true SUV appeal it has a wide wheel arches and a roof rails at the top which gives it a sporty look. It also has a massive ground clearance just like the Fortuner. The rear end of the SUV also looks appealing and has a stop lamps mounted on the rear end spoiler and the rear lamps also covers a part of the tail gate and slides out to the side of the SUV.
Toyota Fortuner is powered by a 3.0L, 2982cc Direct Injection Common Rail Diesel engine which generates 168 bhp of peak power at 3600 rpm and 343 Nm of peak torque at 1400-3400 rpm. Renault Koleos is powered by a 2.0 litre, DCI, common rail diesel engine that generates 150 hp of maximum power and can reach 0-100 Kms in just 12.3 seconds.
