Toyota corolla versus Chevrolet Aveo

Toyota Corolla Altis is one of the successful cars from the Japanese car major Toyota Kirloskar Motors. This superior mid-sized sedan is very popular among the Indians. The largest auto manufacturer of the world, General Motors has launched its Aveo in the mid-size sedan segment market. Aveo is a very reliable and efficient. Both the cars are being differentiated below.

The outer looks of Corolla are very stylish and classy. The front of the car flaunts awesome angular shaped headlamps, sleek grille and fog lamps at the front. The eye shaped headlamps cluster includes HID headlamps that comes with the retractable washers and turn indicators. The front radiator grille has chrome touch like the bars in the petrol variant of Corolla and the diesel has simple grille slats. The nose of the car carries the bold symbol of the company at its centre. The OVRMs comes are powered and retractable with turn indicators integrated. Aveo is a stylish sedan with aggressive front grille, and sporty looking headlamps. The outer door handles are body coloured and grip type. The car has full wheel covers and body coloured OVRMs. The car also has a roof antenna. The rear spoiler, large tail lamps, chrome finished trunk lids etc. gives the car a dynamic look.

The interior of Corolla has a classic finish. The interior of the car has been given an ultra modern look. The cabin has a lot of things which simply are the result of creativity. The steering wheel is electronically powered and has audio controls mounted on them. It comes wrapped in leather and also in wooden finishing. The car has a multi information display switch with cruise controls. Corolla is blended beautifully with wooden finishing and beautiful flooring with seats having leather covering. Chevrolet Aveo has been loaded with exciting interior features. This sedan carries an attractive dual tone interior. The dual tone stylish dashboard has been packed with the third generation advanced technologies. The instrument cluster of this car is sporty with chrome surrounds, it also has chrome parking brake button. The car has leather upholstery inside it. The door trim insert also comes in leather. The steering wheel of the car is wrapped in leather too. The seats of the car are comfortable with required amount of room for head and leg.

Toyota Corolla Altis is loaded with the 1798 cc, 4 cylinder, 16 Valve, DOHC with VVT-i (Variable Valve Timing – intelligent) petrol engine that generates a maximum amount of power which is 140Ps at the rate of 6400 rpm and a maximum torque of 173 Nm at the rate of 4000 rpm. Chevrolet Aveo comes with 1.4L, 1399cc 16 valves, 4-Cylinder In-line petrol engine, with MPFI (Multi Point Fuel Injection) fuel injection system engine that produces a maximum power of 94PS at the rate of 6200rpm and a maximum torque of 128Nm at the rate of 3500rpm.

Toyota Corolla is a better sedan option than Chevrolet Aveo in all terms.
