Toyota has not actually given any major overhaul to the Camry’s last generation model, which it usually gives to most of its other cars in every 6 years that is considered as the life cycle of any car model. However, the top selling Toyota Camry is also facing massive competition from fresh rival cars for the past few years’ time. Though the Camry is still the top selling car in the US car market, the Japanese car maker is now concerned about the car’s positioning in the near future. Thus, Toyota has decided to give a good amount of update. Market analysts are expressing doubts about Camry and Toyota’s leading position in the US in the next year. However, Toyota is very optimistic and believes that after the refresh the new Camry will surely bounce back as an invincible bestselling car in the midsized sedan segment and will reinforce its leading position.
Toyota has revealed that the company will make a collective effort to keep the company in the leading position in the next year. Toyota endeavor to make the new Camry an enhanced winner in the car market.
The latest and ongoing generation model of the Camry sedan had made its market launch as the 2012 year model it is only mildly changed still now without having received any major design changes or mechanical updates from the company.
Though there are a lot of speculations about the new refreshed Camry which will come as the 2015 model, Toyota is keeping absolute silence over the new model and refuses to reveal anything.
The new refreshed 2015 Toyota Camry is expected to be unveiled in the US market in 2014 at either the Detroit International Auto Show in the month of January or the Chicago Auto Show in February. As Toyota seems to prefer the Chicago auto show and always reveals something new there, the new Camry is expected to debut at Chicago.
