The Japanese car major has a very fascinating vision for the future, where not only the mobility system is safer, better and greener, but also the entire living standards of the human beings. Thus, Toyota aims at building ultimate green cars that are convenient and encourages communal sharing and even smart houses that are friendly to the occupants with the usage of artificial intelligence.
Toyota offers such green and convenient concepts that really evoke a sense of security and wellbeing and gives an assurance that future might not be scary as it seems given the drastic destruction of the eco-balance. Each of these houses uses a high-tech information system that is aimed that enabling its occupants to live a more convenient, cleaner, greener lifestyle.
The Toyota Smart House utilizes solar panels as well as batteries to have its own electricity powerhouse, this system can effectively power chargeable hybrids and EVs as well. Moreover, all the vital information of the household including power consumption is stored in an interactive touchscreen that is mounted on the living room or kitchen wall. It provides the entire neighbourhood’s environmental information and show your house’s ranking in it. That’s a cool step to go green!
Toyota also provided a different taste of testing the i-Road at the 2013 Tokyo motor show. This three wheel single seater vehicle, is a tiny commuter and the first time you try to drive it, it might seem scary. However, the more you ride the i-Road, the more you will fall in love with it.
It almost seems that you are sitting on the road and driving your own body and that might feel a bit jittery for some, but once you get the hang of it, it feels awesome and a lot of fun.
The i-Road is obviously a part of Toyota’s dream future mobility system, which aims anyone to have a more convenient vehicle including busy parents, fun loving teens and even active senior citizens. The Toyota i-Road can deliver a very unique driving experience with its Active Lean technology.
