The two engines are coupled with six speed manual transmission gearbox. There is an extra seven speed automatic transmission gearbox on petrol model.

The 1.4 litre turbo TSI petrol engine yields 250Nm and 138bhp, and the diesel engine moves on 2 litre capacity with TDI technology that emits 320Nm and 141 bhp.
