Toyota has created a landmark with its Etios Cross, a compact crossover SUV, since inception in 2014 May, it has been a key profit player for the company. It’s got the aggressiveness to succeed, and is as dynamic as Renault Duster, an elegant SUV beauty. Does Etios Cross have the cosmetics to overpower the dominant stature of Duster? Let’s find out.

Exteriors:
Etios Cross is nothing but a sporty aggressive power; it sports a typical country side demeanour, highlighted by the side cladding, muscular grille and nudge guard layered with shiny silver. The arty headlight is surrounded by shiny headlamps. The side view is sporty, and has elegant 15-inch diamond cut alloy wheels. The back section of the car is as captivating as the front, the classy black design builds the aesthetic value of the car, and so does the illuminating tail light cluster fitted with turn indicators and powerful brake lights.
Interiors:
The interiors of Etios Cross is vastly spacious sufficient to accommodate five occupants, the seats are tailored with first rate fabric and is super comfy, the deep inner sportiness is accentuated by the artistic Etios Cross badging on front seats. The 1.5 litre petrol engine has a displacement capacity of 1496cc and generates 132Nm and 88.76bhp. The two engines are engineered with double overhead camshaft valve configuration equipped with electronic fuel injection system. The 1.4 litre D-4D 1364cc diesel engine has eight valves and four cylinders and yields 170Nm and 67.06bhp and linked to five speed manual transmission gearbox.
Mileage:
The mileage power of the D-4D diesel engine is between 18.04 to 23.59kmpl, the 1.2 litre petrol engine is built with fuel-efficiency power of 12.29 to 17.71kmpl.

The all wheel drive Duster has characteristic marvel visible on dual barrel shaped headlights, which looks sporty. The diesel car moves on mileage of 16 to 20.45kmpl and the petrol car provides 13.24kmpl.
