The Indian festive season just came to an end about a month back, but the festive mood is still lingering on. With the winter chills and the upcoming celebrations of Christmas and New Year’s Eve, the festive feel is still in the air. Following the holiday offers custom of the offshore markets many car makers are still offering heavy discounts on their cars in India as well to lure in more buyers before the year ends.

Just recently, American car major Ford’s Diwali Returns hefty discounts campaign came to an end, while other car makers are offering end of the season discounts on a number of car models. Joining the bandwagon of this discounts spree again after the Indian festive season, Japanese car major Toyota has also announced its end of the year discounts campaign.
The world’s largest auto maker’s Indian presence, Toyota Kirloskar Motor India has announced the year ending benefits and discounts on its car models, called the “Remember December” campaign. The company has been recently getting good amount of monthly sales growth, and with this discount campaign, it expects to keep up the sales momentum in the last month of the year as well.
Toyota India is offering great amount of cash discounts as well as added benefits on the new refreshed versions of its Etios compact sedan and Etios Liva hatchback models, the new Etios Cross crossover, the all new Corolla Altis sedan and the Innova MPV. However, the Japanese car maker is not offering any sort of cash discounts or special schemes on its range of more premium offerings such as the Fortuner premium SUV, the Camry sedan and the Land Cruiser.
The discounts as well as other schemes and offers provided by the Toyota India Remember December campaign are as follows:
The new facelift Toyota Etios Liva hatchback is now offered with free auto insurance, plus cash discounts of up to Rs. 20,000 depending on the model trim.
Toyota new facelift Etios compact sedan is offered with free car insurance and cash benefits of up to Rs. 20,000 on various model trims.
The new Toyota Etios Cross crossover comes with cash discounts of up to Rs. 20,000 depending on the variants.
The all new Toyota Corolla Altis premium sedan comes along with a free accessories package worth Rs. 20,000.
The Toyota Innova MPV is offered with heavy cash discounts of up to Rs. 25,000. The MPV is also offered along with an exchange offer of Rs. 10,000. Moreover, as a part of this campaign, the Toyota Innova customers will also be needed to pay just 50 percent of the insurance amount for their new Toyota Innova.
The Remember December campaign from Toyota is meant only for this month only, however the company has not mentioned any end date. These discounts and offers will be available only till the stipulated stocks last, and will vary depending upon the city as well as the stock availability at the various Toyota dealership outlets across the country.
