Toyota has opened its second express service center in India at Bangalore which will offer customized and quick service on its vehicles. The Ravindu Toyota Express Service outlet is first of its kind set up by Toyota in South India to which will offer high quality service by company trained personnel to its customers within a short period of time. Toyota Express Service is set up as per concept of Express Maintenance 60 (EM60) which is set up worldwide for specialized care in record time. According to Toyota’s spokesperson the EM60 concept will reduce waiting time of customer required for servicing without compromising on quality of service. Since this service center is spread across a wide area with various divisions for servicing different sections of the car work will be quick and efficient.
In fact the service will be so efficient and quick that customer can relax within the facility and spend quality time doing useful activities without idling time. Toyota’s officials have assured that this new Express Service outlet which is located next to Toyota dealership will help provide this place with spare parts and other accessories when required. Therefore customers can be assured of excellent service and attention on presenting their vehicles for service which will not compromise on Toyota quality. Speaking on this occasion firm’s senior executive stated that this service center will help emphasize on Toyota’s core principles of Quality, Durability and Reliability.
At the Ravindu Toyota Express Service facility Toyota has introduce Eco Washing technology for the first time in Bangalore which will clean car’s body sides and underside without charging customers extra for this service. According to firm’s service engineers the automatic ECO wash makes cars cleaner and gives it a better appearance than conventional water wash done by hand or machines. The firm will be providing several additional touches like this to customers to ensure that they are impressed beyond belief and expectation. In other words these form of facilities and special services are efforts made by firm to retain their customers so that when they buy another vehicle to replace existing model they should buy a Toyota model only.
Toyota’s new Express Service facility is spread over a wide area of 10,000 sq. and it has four spacious express maintenance bays which can take care of regular servicing within minutes. This express servicing station will be able to carry out complete servicing of nearly 45 cars within a day. When Toyota had opened its first express servicing outlet in Delhi during December 2013 it received several enquiries within days with cars lining up from nearby suburban areas with requests from customers to open centers like these in other parts of India. Overwhelmed by this receptive feedback from customers and requests from dealers in other cities for similar facility as a positive means to improve business, Toyota Kirloskar’s management is contemplating expansion to other cities.
